Support from Management
Many staff were helpful, but not welcoming to new staff. They would take it among themselves to solve the problem without involving new staff. They wouldn't model or teach you how to properly redirect.
Very poor communication regarding client information, scheduling, and important debriefing information.
Suggestions for improvement
- Communication, teamwork, fairness. More care toward the clients than the staff.
