Support from management
Many staff were helpful, but not welcoming to new staff. They would take it among themselves to solve the problem without involving new staff. They wouldn't model or teach you how to properly redirect.
Very poor communication regarding client information, scheduling, and important debriefing information.
Suggestions for improvement
- Communication, teamwork, fairness. More care toward the clients than the staff.
What I like about the company
It is a good stepping stone when entering the human services field
What I dislike about the company
They are unequal, cliquey, no room for growth, high turn out rate, awful leadership; awful communication
