Support from Management
Both executive and floor management are very unsupportive and unfriendly!! The only support given is to those with a million-dollar book, the rest of the employees are treated as indispensable. Management won't even greet their own teams and employee morale is decreasing because of it. There's very little to no-support in training associates on how to build a loyal clientele or even do the basics. Employee's often act as management because of the lack thereof and aren't praised for doing more, but put down for stepping up to the plate.
Suggestions for improvement
- Executives should set the tone for floor supervisors and how they treat their employees; a positive work environment breeds happy and productive employees. Opportunities to grow with the company should be promoted and encouraged. Skills should be developed rather than exploited. Employees should be treated with the same respect as consumers, as we also spend our money here, there's such a lack of respect for us - at all levels.
