Communication

Nope.

Overall Compensation for your work

Lowest paid call center in the area

Work-Life Balance

Yes, yes, and yes! Mandatory overtime. Doctors excuses not accepted. Emergencies not excepted. I went into the hospital for days, by ambulance, and alone. Came in as soon as I left the hospital and explained. They said I should've gotten a nurse to call in.

Challenging Work

Easy work

Suggestions for improvement

  • Make the employees feel more valued

Teamwork

I was very lucky to have a great team in my immediate surroundings. However it is unlikely you will find this here.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Change draw vs commission. It does not allow people to feel financially stable or comfortable. This will affect employees performance.

What I like about the company

They do not invest in there employees and view employees as someone who is replaceable.

What I dislike about the company

They train you once, put you out in the feild and instead of managing and guiding you through they leave you to fend for yourself. When an employee doesnt perform well they will kot help but express how low your numbers are.

Company culture

The culture is toxic, they reward bad behavior and laziness.

Support from Management

The leadership is sales driven, yet they are hardly on the sales floor to help encourage that. And when they were on sales floor, the way they would talk to associates would make you wish they stayed in the offices.

Teamwork

No the associates do not, but the management puts them against each other. They encourage that type of behind the back selling.
