Suggestions for improvement
- Revamp the pay structure to attract quality people who can afford to stay. Create a service environment instead of a sales-no-matter-what culture

I dislike about the employer
You cannot earn enough money to live much less contribute to a 401K. There are too many senior employees who are allowed to do as they please and create a cut-throat sales environment. Management turns a blind eye and do not support the work rules uniformly. The compensation structure and the support of only the "big" books by management create little opportunity for a new person to establish relationships and get business. Older employees think they "own" customers. Management lets them get away with it.
