Suggestions for improvement
- EVS needs better training
Corporate should be more willing to update the technology available to provide better patient care and safety.
As a MAGNET hospital, staff should be more encouraged to keep up to date with current standards of care, and be provided better access to AORN, AWWONN, and many other govering agencies.
What I like about the company
They seem to care about staffs overall well being, encourage continuing education and utilize Kaizen for staff empowerment.
What I dislike about the company
You can encourage healthy eating habits without controlling or limiting options for purchase. The food options arr extremely limited and do not appeal to visitors at all. Prices are extremely high, and many of my coworkers either order food for delivery for bring from home.
