Support from Management
Lack of support and communication.
Always understaffed and underpaid for the amount of hours a manager had to cover.
Family time was not taken into concideration working for this company you dedicate all your time to work including your time away from the store.
Suggestions for improvement
- Salary should be better for all employees. Especially ones with cosmetology backgrounds. They don't go to school to be paid bottom dollar to educate the customers. All Managers should have an assistant to help the store function properly and they pay should represent the amount of work it takes to run the store.
