Suggestions for improvement
- Cut some management positions. Management individuals must be competent to hold the position.
My coworkers are competent. My work space is comfortable. The political atmosphere is over bearing. I’ve never seen so much red tape in my life.
The amount of red tape to get anything done is ridiculous. The amount of emails you get is akin to Office Space. Pretty sure people have meetings to just to make their calendar look full.
most managers are micro managers
Hard to have teamwork when you are siloed
Women are not equal. its still a good old boys club
age discrimination is alive and well
don't expect to advance without a degree even if you have had 15 years experience.
Salaries were just adjusted and were lowered
