Overall compensation for your work
I make more an hour for this employer than any in the past
Not as challenging as other jobs I have had
Suggestions for improvement
- I would like the president and executives to visit our smaller office to talk with us periodically. There are so many small offices and satellite offices that need to feel heard and for the most part their managers do a great job listening and relaying thoughts and ideas.
What I like about the company
I have enjoyed the people I work with and the patient interaction on a daily basis. My manager works hard to make good changes for our department like a new building, new gym equipment in our PT office and a shift in the pay rate categories so capped out employees can be compensated again. All departments work well together with laundry orders, supply orders, IT issues and maintenance issues. I enjoy the extra benefits of Christmas and birthday coupons for our gift store and cafeteria. I am thankful for the employee discounts we receive in our company as well as with other vendors like on my phone bill.
What I dislike about the company
I don't know that I disapprove of much except that when we talk about ways to cut spending they are not looking at the cost of office equipment that is outrageously priced for computer accessories and office chairs.
