Suggestions for improvement
- I realize no company can work at a loss. However, not having enough staff to accomplish the company goals hurts both employees and the company reputation in the community.
The benefits are really good and the pay is definitely competitive. The people I work with are amazing and family situations that occur are not considered a problem. They work with the employee to do what needs to be done at home as well as at work.
