Sadly the higher ups know very little about DME, and fired the one person they hired who actually knew the business and had worked DME their whole career.
Most definitely not.
Suggestions for improvement
- Fire the management and hire or rehire those that knew the business
I dislike about the employer
Management, over-worked but way underpaid. The lack of knowledge by management of running a DME. The fact that they fire those who actually know the business and who brought value to the business, yet keep the good old boys and ladies that never worked in DME as management and higher
