Suggestions for improvement
- Fire everyone at the superintendant level and below management. Too much politics, and no creativity or catering to students learning styles. They want everyone to teach the same cookie cutter model. It does not work since their scores continue to get worse. Treat teachers with respect! These are the reason that good teacher continue tobleave and good to good dostricts like Northside or Northeast ISD. Also go to a true duel langauge bilingual model instead of the current model of an late exit model.
