- Give your employees recognition outside of just sending a global email. consider pay raises instead of buying the managers iphone 8s
What I like about the company
The staff meaning the co workers make the place stay above water. Managers don't know how to communicate or do the jobs so we all have to stick together.
What I dislike about the company
The pay, the time off requests, the tone that they speak to us, the lack of recognition, managers not having to take vacations or lead by example.
