Overall Compensation for your work
High output and long hours are expected but the pay doesnt match. HR controls the salaries that they tell you are confidential. With an average yearly raise of 2-4% staff turnover is constant and morall is low. Pay is some of the lowest in the area unless your in the executive managment team who has seen a 50-100% raise in the last few years.
Suggestions for improvement
- Let each department control the pay of the staff. Not HR
