Suggestions for improvement
- Top management needs to personally talk to line employees and field employees. Set realistic goals. Quit the blame game.
What I like about the company
What I dislike about the company
Would cut hourly employees time so bad many positions could be classified as part time. Unreasonable goals for salaried employees. Different set of rules for headquartered employees than employees in field-- unfair to employees at locations.
