Attitude towards older colleagues

My department was eliminated when we neared retirement age; not surprising as this occurred in other departments. I still would not have changed anything about my time at S&P.

Suggestions for improvement

  • The managers I had were all supportive and encouraging. One manager who did not understand daily operations would ask me to write papers, documentation or research various aspects, then put his name on the paper as if it was his own work.
