When there is/was a conflict, the complainer, whether right or wrong, was moved to a position the complainer demanded. Usually, not qualified for job the person was moved to.
People worked well with each other with what information was available to them. 50/50 split due to some employees would not be willing to help out.
Women are treated very poorly in that when a job opened up which a female had extensive knowledge and experience, the job would go to a man with zero skills. With that said, a woman who is easily talked down to or perhaps not very bright would get jobs that others were skilled for. This was/is perceived as possibly a way to keep the male bosses feeling powerful. Or maybe some other reason since it was so obvious the smart females were left in jobs where their brains wouldn't be a problem for the males in higher positions. This perception was/is unanimous with employees.
