To much time spent discrediting staff, and trying to make staff look incompetent.
Culture fostered of not wanting staff to talk to one another.
Attitude towards older colleagues
No problem with older staff most workers over 40.
Staff offered no continuing education credits, only administration makes sure they get required CEU's
Overall compensation for your work
Lowest pay in city for nurses, and everyone makes the same amount no matter how long they have been employed.
Office / Work Environment
Started out being fair about granting vacations then began denying vacations in all departments.
No they do not talk fondly of the company.
Union job, so position is secure
2 security guards, can't be in all places.
Task given to belittle educational status.
Inclusive / Diverse
Few minority's in building and they are harassed continually.
