Support from Management
They make like they're listening, but really don't care about input from the field sales teams.
The field teams were great. But home office didn't respond well to them.
Suggestions for improvement
- Return to a culture where associates mattered.
I like about the employer
Benefits were very good. However, they were diminishing over the years.
I dislike about the employer
They became a company that didn't appreciate their associates with experience and longevity. If you'd been there awhile and were therefor making good money you became a liability. You became easily replaced by a younger person who would settle for less money.
