More than 110,000 people at Sanofi are dedicated to make a difference on patients’ daily life, wherever they live and enable them to enjoy a healthier life.
Headquartered in Bridgewater, New Jersey, Sanofi US employs more than 15,000 professionals throughout the country. Our affiliate companies in the United States include Sanofi Genzyme (specialty care), Sanofi Pasteur (vaccines), Winthrop (generics) and Chattem (consumer healthcare).
At Sanofi, we have a clear and resolute line for action: to contribute to the continuous advancement of health. As a company, and as individuals, Sanofi and its talented employees have always striven to advance the cause of health by developing treatments that prevent and treat diseases, while enhancing access to healthcare for the people around the world.
The expertise we have developed along the way has had a profound effect, particularly in the developing world. We have developed the first vaccine for the dengue virus, which infects 390 million people each year, and whose range is expanding due to climate change. Since the beginning of the year, first vaccinations campaigns have started in the Philippines. Thanks to systematic vaccination campaigns, we are close to eradicating polio; while over the last decade, sleeping sickness treatments have saved more than 180,000 lives. In addition, we provide innovative treatments for global killers like diabetes and cardiovascular diseases.
Working at Sanofi, not only will you be proud to contribute to a company that cares about people, but you will have every opportunity to develop your skills and progress your career across a broad range of business areas and functions. You will play a critical role in defining your career path, and you will be given the appropriate support and resources to deliver results, make a difference, and collaborate with committed colleagues.
As a responsible leader, we must adapt the way we operate to meet our commitment to health.
We also must continue to uncover innovations to be shared widely among those in need. To do so, we know that the solution will emerge by listening to our stakeholders, and with a collaborative approach. For that, we partner with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the GAVI Alliance and the World Health Organization, amongst others.
Finally, our commitment to health goes beyond medicine, in part through our corporate responsibility approach and our dedication to make a real difference in the lives of people every day.
At Sanofi, we appreciate the effort and dedication our employees put into their work. In return, we offer a multitude of resources to help employees and their families grow professionally, develop culturally, and to assist in times of health and/or financial crises.
Research starts by understanding science and transforming progress, into medical innovations that meet patients’ needs. To achieve this and facing the complexity of human diseases, we leverage our in-house skills and collaborate with the wider scientific community.
In 2015, we launched 3 pioneer treatments:
We expect to have 3 more major launches by 2020 in the field of asthma and atopic dermatitis (dupilumab), rheumatoid arthritis (sarilumab), and diabetes (Lixilan).
Everyone is fearful for their job.
Lots of backstabbing to get ahead.
Everything is secretive.
No loyalty. I was there forever but still got laid off due to position move to another state. Promised to help find something else, yet never did. Won;t respond to me when I reached out for help looking for another internal job.
When someone leaves they are not replaced. Everyone is supposed to make up for the work.
The site comes well before humanity.
If you work in production, you are subject to shift/building/etc. changes at the will of management even if the changes can not fit your life (ex: child care, etc.) Exceptions are made for certain individuals depending on the favor they stand in with the management in question.
Production areas are not really for severely handicapped, though office setting are well equipped.
