A major culture shift would be needed at the Laureate corporate level to impact any positive change at this school.

Corporate mindset, each person has their own personal agenda.
The culture was such that each person looked out for themselves and personal gain.
Freedom to work independently
Everything was reactionary and not proactive. Heavy work loads place only on certain folks.
Suggestions for improvement
- Culture shift at the corporate level. You are dealing with people not devices. Recognize the issues and make a change soon as the current operation is not sustainable. Appreciate your talent and allow them to do their jobs for which they were hired for. Stop promoting and encouraging incompetence among the "yes" people of the group.
What I like about the company
It had the potential to do great things and to be truly student centered.
What I dislike about the company
The corporate mindset was destructive; student did not come first but the bottom dollar did.
