Suggestions for improvement
- Fire most of the dysfunctional managers and start with a clean slate. Once the dysfunctional detritus is cleared away, then the J.D. Powers score may eventually improve someday (it's currently in the toilet for NE and Mid-Atlantic regions). Empower employees to make their own decisions and not be afraid of punishment and retribution.

What I dislike about the company
Micromanagement, "too many chiefs", fear that upper management will somehow "get you" if you do something wrong, vindictive behavior in several managers, dysfunctional company structure with decisions that aren't logical. I could go on and on - too many to list!
