They expect you to work alot of overtime to meet poorly managed project and discount the importance to important day to day family activities. If you don't have a life out of work then they might work for you.
They perform work using the schedule but never finish depend activities necessary to start dependent activities. Always a Chinese Dire Drill, with high stress, too much overtime, and an error prone environment. Weak leadership is responsible for slipping engineering activities due to inexperience.
Sorry. Most employees are new or have light experience. Teamwork here requires babysitting by senior task members.
Poor communication with employees. Lots of meeting to discuss employees and has a hidden agenda only available to management. 2 standards.
They have been pretty busy getting rid on old employees. Once you get above mid point in your pay grade they may lay you off for a less experience employee they can bill out to the client and make more money.
Forget about career development unless you can be self taught.
They use old computers and workstations that look like they came from a third world country.
Scary ever trip to the field. Don't have the experience and awareness to be in the field. We I see and S&L employee in the plant, I cringe thinking about the trouble they could get into.
Work is like watching paint dry. Work there too long, Boone will want your experience for there.
Nothing. They had young inexperienced leadership in most departments causing problems on many fronts.
They will work older employees without proper insurance for avoid the expense.
They went through 3 managers in 4 years, settled for a yes man based on their income rather than leadership ability.
The work was mentally challenging.
Leadership amongst management was nonexistent.
