They went through 3 managers in 4 years, settled for a yes man based on their income rather than leadership ability.
Suggestions for improvement
- Don't settle for a yes man. Leadership is crucial in an office setting. Integrity and dignity still matters and should be desired by the company.
What I like about the company
The work was mentally challenging.
What I dislike about the company
Leadership amongst management was nonexistent.
