Suggestions for improvement
- Re-evaluate what the role of an emergency order and support desk is and let the employees practice their expertise or just get new management that does understand.
What I like about the company
Not much. Satair USA took over Airbus Americas Customer Services which was the spares parts division of Airbus Industries Commercial Aircraft. They staffed the division wit management that does not understand the true roll of an AOG (Aircraft on Ground) Desk within the Airline, MRO support industry.
What I dislike about the company
I don't like their narrow impractical view on how to support an AOG Desk and it's customers by treating it as a retail parts sales desk rather than an emergency order and support desk.
