Executive Mgt. does not like conflict and allows Mangers to do just about anything they want and then try to sweep it under the rug.
Safety is not taken into account at all. Do not expect any training or meetings.
Suggestions for improvement
- Sr. Mgt. needs to take control of the Mangers and enforce the policies and procedures instead of allowing different department managers to act differently and not follow the rules.
