Support from management
Clear instructions did not exist. Things would change at drop of a hat and employees might be informed. Might. Only family include in decisions.
Language barriers with telephone game type communication.
About the same. But few opportunities at all.
No room for growth. Little mix between office and field work.
Overall compensation for your work
Minimum wage. No benefits.
If you can work 24/7 they'll schedule you. Be sure to request off months in advance and make it clear you will not be at work if scheduled.
No training. Must send pictures to hq for approval for every detail. No trust for employees. Changes made to order not necessarily included on packing slip.
Inclusive / Diverse
General idea is not to provide ideas, if not a member of the family.
Suggestions for improvement
- Both employers take a management class. Provide training of new tasks the week before so there is time for questions and practice. Employers decide who is in charge that day before employees show up.
What I like about the company
Good exercise. Meet people at a variety of venues. Something different everyday.
What I dislike about the company
No training. No clear instructions. Have no problem sending you into the field with someone who doesn't speak English. Fault entirely on you if something isn't to clients liking, whether was communicated or not. Expects employees to know everything and not ask too many questions. Employers not always on the same page together, conflicting instructions given.
