Suggestions for improvement
- Replace the current CEO - he has gutted the company's culture, which was what brought most people to Savage. The company also has a culture of croneyism/nepotism which insulates and promotes incompetent employees and shields them from accountability. Some recent terminations of key managers are also reflective of leadership's willingness to scapegoat people instead of identify and solve problems. The leaders are arrogant and cowardly.
What I like about the company
The company leadership is smart, aggressive and capable of sustaining the company's current growth trajectory
