The trust and fairness is not the best like it should be. Some of the guys are not fair with others and trust is very hard to come by.
They always say that the team work is the best. But I have worked with every single crew and the Utah crew works the best together. But trying to move up the ladder is like trying to pull teeth.
Communication just isn't there.
Wages are way to low for the work we do. Wages should be paid for the jobs that can be performed by each employee. If you are a operator and everyone depends on you you should be at a much higher pay than the other guys. When you get a green horn starting at a higher wage than you it makes you feel like why should I be doing the extra work.
Vacation is good. Home life is not the best at all. You get losts of hours but the pay doesn't make it worth it. More home it would be great along with higher pay scales.
No not stable enough you never know where or when you are going to be working.
Not enough positive attitudes to make you feel like you have done a great job.
The only thing I can say is that the three bother started a great company and the open door policy.
Even knowing there is a open door policy it hard to talk to the people you need to talk with because the crew members find out about what you talk about even if it is personal. When you make time on your day off to talk to the big bosses they never have ten minutes to talk about problems that need to be fixed. And last thing is the wages not high enough for the work we do when you have other guys throughout the company that make more money than you do and you work five times harder than they do..
It is a great place to work. Everyone is very friendly and they have a open door policy and you can talk to anyone at anytime.
Lack of communication to the employees. And no one ever has a straight answer on what the work scope is for the next couple weeks.
