My last boss didn't understand what I did or how to evaluate my work. She left very little room for creativity and initiative. Whomever decided to move me to that department during a reorg probably wanted to set me up to fail.
Suggestions for improvement
- Kill the time clock for salaried employees. Encourage telecommuting. Assign functions to more logical managers.
