Suggestions for improvement
- The one a year employee surveys (which would take about 6 or 7 months to get the results back) not followed through on. Would see changes for a month or so then it was back to there idea of "work as usual".
What I like about the company
When it was Savons the company appeared to make both ethical/moral decisions and had a sense of internal customer service and valued there employees. CVS did not.
What I dislike about the company
Poor communication, poor workload division/especially for assistant management and supervisors. Stores I worked in Managers very often were not around. At CVS as assistant manger I was declined any vacation time off ( only asked 3 times in 5 years-ended up getting a lump sum of money at the end of year for my vacation hours, because I was not granted vacation (even short 3 day vacations). Poor internal customer service/ did not value their employees by giving thumbs up upon successes
