Overall Compensation for your work
Once purchased by CenturyLink the bonuses and pay incentives fell significantly. The corporate statement was to make the pay aligned with the industry. I believe this approach was indicative of a company that does not view pay and compensation as a differentiator.

I like about the employer
I liked Savvis but not CenturyLink, the company that purchased Savvis. Savvis brought innovation in a consultative fashion
