Support from Management
A lot of new people that haven't grasp what to do at this location.
A lot of different departments, don't work together very well.
Level of Autonomy
sometimes too much and sometimes not enough, but that how most hotels are.
Laid off half the managers about a year ago.
Suggestions for improvement
- provide better support to your employees
What I like about the company
Like the Host, if you work at Marriott you know what that means (the employees). Different guest coming and going and getting the know people from all over the world, ther workers and visitors.
