Again, fairness is not a value that goes on in this company. They will claim that they are fair, nurture and grow employees, but the turnover is testament to the opposite of that. You will also see that the promotions and opprtunities to promote are giving the same people over and over.
Support from management
If the owners and HR like you, you can do no wrong. If they don't like you, you can do no right.
There are numerous "teams" so it's not a general rating. It all depends are the people that work on your portfolio as to the level of teamwork you have
Freedom to work independently
It is more than obvious after working there a mere 6 months that the load of work is out on the people that actually can perform the job. The people that are not so adept, and certainly favored by decision makers, are not put in the position to work much at all.
First off HR is simply a firing squad. So any help or guidance is nonexistent. No one really knows what's going on, there is a regular contradiction in written and verbal instruction.
Most opportunities are afforded to the female COO's friends. It's especially beneficial if your a man, and cute.
Attitude towards older colleagues
They do have a healthy attitude and work program for and with older employees.
Again, depends on if your in favor.
Overall compensation for your work
This is a fair area. Not in terms of raised.
Office / Work Environment
The system (any one of them) from phones, programs, email, network and servers goes down or crashes on a weekly basis. Sometimes more than one at a time, or all at once.
They are doing there best to look good on social media.
Many Managers are abused on the expectation of pleasing the Boards rediculous demands of time outside of normal work hours. Most Managers are forced to keep up with emails and phone calls after hours and on weekends for matters that have no urgency.
Most employees will tell you they do not like working for SBB for all of the above listed reasons
Seeing as the turnover is crazy high, no real security.

They only care if it's important to them or a problem for them. Otherwise your fresh out of luck.
Individuals can feel proud of those work. Many do. Many also feel that the superiors do not recognize their feelings of accomplishments
