Suggestions for improvement
- End the bullying culture, end the discrimination practices and enforce rules of conduct and work that apply to ALL employee's and end the practice of "different rules for different employee's. Offer women advancement opportunities. Women are capable of more than just being receptionist, secretaries and bookkeepers.

What I dislike about the company
If your a trained and experienced female looking for a career with opportunities, this is not the company for you. If you are African American looking for work in the Aero Space industry with growth opportunity, this is not the company for you. If you are an older employee, especially female, this is not the company for you. If you are a talented engineer, this is not the company for you - check the company's turnover rate - engineers, designers are promised the world - only to find this company does not value work ethics, performance or anything else. It does not take long for employee's to leave Scaled and seek other employment - especially engineers, designers, R&D personnel.
