New Executive leadership is promising - not sure if leadership is aware of the day to day procedural challenges.
Not in my experience with claims department- some email inquires re: claims procedures were not responded to nor acknowledged by most supervisors/managers. A few were inconsistent.
No. When my team was part of the claims department- and was not included in the department meetings. My team was eventually promoted out of the department and re-assigned under executive management

Verify competency by providing regular skill assessments and training at all levels.
Provide consistent corrective action plans.

Inconsistent implementation of remote working conditions- could not obtain written remote working policy.
