Support from management
Very little leadership support.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Very low morale. No teamwork and certain employees create a hostile work environment. That is why I left after more than 7 years. No matter how many concerns were raised, nothing was done. Multiple people have left when I did.
Suggestions for improvement
- Have an HR department and actually address concerns
What I like about the company
Nothing, which is why I left after 7 1/2 years.
