They get you drinking the koolaid from day one. A very heavy company culture is present
They like to do lots of team rally's, but it's hard to get actual one on one support
There is a great team of great people who are always there to help. Doesn't matter what coast you're on there's always a team member to reach out to.
Lots of touchy,freely team calls but actually trying to get a manager to give you help, feed back or to even return your call was tough.
Everyone was treated with respect.
Most positions are home based unless you work in the beautiful head office. Whether you work from home or in the head office you will be working in a great environment. If working from a home office is not for you, think twice about this role.
Very low wages with your income based on commission taking vacations is tough because you need to be out there selling to pay the bills. Until you really get your territory workforce well, you will be working more than not.

I was always worried about my job. If your numbers weren't there neither were you for much longer.
If you like high pressure sales and always chasing the sale this is for you. This is a product that everyone needs, but no one needs. The challenge is convincing your prospect that they DO need it. Not as easy as I thought it would be.
The management were all very enthusiastic about their roles in the company and loved their jobs. It was infectious to be around them
Very,very high pressure sales. I didn't feel I was given enough product knowledge to work around HVAC systems and my direct manager was never around to help me. As well I didn't find enough communication between myself and head office about my clients and what they needed or wanted.
