Corporate office talks about their values and post them on their website, but what actually happens at the properties and within departments is a different story and who at the corporate office you know.
Support from management
The corporate office plays favorites and is inconsistent from employee to employee
Employees at the hotels work well together, although it is hard to know what is required since support and direction from supervisors changes

Based on your position this is usually fair.
They just started monthly meetings but are inconsistent with what they require from GM to GM. Corporate has their favorites and who gets bonus and raises and how they're evaluated is not consistent and or fair.
Office / Work Environment
Hotels are usually given the tools and resources they know, but it takes a long time to get what you need and some items are ignored or put off for financial reasons. They keep bringing things from their closed hotels to put in their other hotels.
Again, they don't walk the talk.
Another case of they say one thing, but then it comes up during conversations or reviews.
Depends on who you know.
Suggestions for improvement
- They need to do what they say they stand for. The corporate office needs to be more fair from property to property. Give honest and fair reviews. Not just who their favorites are. Pay more attention to what is really going on from property to property.
