The following benefits were offered to me
- Are you a Current or Former Employee?Former employee
Once management changed there was a complete and utter lack of support. The new management is 100% spineless.
Internal Communication is so bad here that I don't even know how they continue operations
Company wide they are trying to move to more gender equality but in field operations it is far from being practiced.
they offer lots of training that is very accessible if you're an engineer, but if you're not an engineer good luck having your career progressed
If negative were an option I would use that
no even close
"safety" is a term thrown around constantly but it's only when its convenient for management. There are signs that say if you're too tired to drive you're too tired to work, yet over and over again they drive people to the field to complete a job when they are too tired to drive.
my brain turned to mush by being there
This is a diverse company and you will meet people from all around the world in one office. Environment is very friendly and managers are very helpful in time of crisis. I love the flexible work hours outside of the month-end close time. Your hard work is always recognized.
Since the deadline for close is the first day of the month, there is a week every month where you are required to work 15-18 hours each day of the week. You have to work during the holidays (4th of July, Labor Day, Memorial Day, etc). You only get 1 day off for Thanksgiving and Christmas since month end falls right after Thanksgiving and Christmas. Newyear's is during close so we are never off that day.
