Suggestions for improvement
- Whenever a vehicle is sold, they mark It down on a book in the financial advisors office. Unfortunately they put random dates and times which throws a wrench in the situation between service and detail. That being said the detailer details cars that do not need to be detailed instead of cars that need to be detailed because of improper delivery schedule. Also the service scheduler while scheduling shuttle rides does not understand the concept of traffic in the morning. Example. Schedule a ride at 730 am to downtown buffalo in the morning rush and expect the driver back at 745 am. Therefore when I get back to the shop
