No teamwork or cooperation between the field, the factories and the service group.
You had to work independently because nobody was on your team or had time to help you out.

I was working from 6am to 7pm most days and was given an average year end review and was chastised for not taking on more projects while interns who were forced on the office sat untrained (because nobody had the time) perfecting their social networking skills.
