- Free coffee, more opportunities for growth, higher compensation for entry and mid level employees.
What I like about the company
I have a great team and a supportive boss. I feel my work is challenging, yet rewarding. I have learned so much about the industry during my time here. The building is a welcoming environment in a desirable location. Company-wide events are something to look forward to. There are young professional leadership opportunities that will enhance personal growth for young employees. My supervisor trusts me and does not micro-manage. I am given opportunities and affordances I wouldn't have expected at my level.
What I dislike about the company
There is no hiring and retention plan. There has been high turnover for young employees because we feel stuck in our positions with no room for growth. If the company enabled young professionals to feel more valued and integral to the company, it would afford less turnover. Additionally, room for growth needs to be allowed when warranted. It often feels that morale is low because employees are not given the chance to move higher in their careers.
