Are you a Current or Former Employee? Former job since 2015
It was a glass factory. High heat, voltage and sharp glass. Very few injuries considering.
Suggestions for improvement
- Tell people what is going on. Listen to local management, don't let them plan and share schedules, then change it to what Germany wants.
- Just bail out of Duryea, don't string people along.
I like about the employer
High pay and lots of overtime available.
I dislike about the employer
German centric control. The bizarre rotating schedule. Did I mention Germany controls everything and tells you nothing?
