There was no cultural dynamics at Schryver. You just existed amongst many others.
Support from management
The only support that came from management is when there were complaints made about not having any support or proper training for staff.
Teamwork was a different story. When mistakes happened it always fell on the new employees. Although, it's common for mistakes to happen. Management was almost never on top of changes that could help alleviates concerns. The senior employees never supported nor tried to lend a hand when assistance was needed. They just dismissed new employees then complained when something went wrong.
