Suggestions for improvement
- Better compensation, true paid holidays-when we have to make up days off by working the following Saturday-we don't really get a day off & most customers would rather not have us work on Saturdays.
What I like about the company
I enjoy the teammates that I currently work with and the environment at our depot.
What I dislike about the company
I think that the lowest commission level should be higher than 3%. At 3% commission, if I have to spend and extra hour to make $100 in sales, it only earns me an extra $3-that does not motivate me to want to work longer hours for more sales. I also feel that the current culture with safety makes employees feel like the company is looking to place blame for an accident or injury. That makes an employee feel less inclined to report an injury.
