Suggestions for improvement
- Instead of eliminating (every couple of months) 1 in 5 or more rank and file workers across all job classifications a close look should be taken at the productivity levels and ultimate value (or lack thereof)of the mid level managers.
What I like about the company
Enjoyed the challenging work
What I dislike about the company
Jobs of older or long term employees are frequently "eliminated" but not really.....only for a few months to a year, then a person at entry level is brought in to do the work (for less money). Top heavy with managers making huge salaries but who seldom perform much work themselves.the company's pelts loyalty but doesn't reward those who demonstrate hard work and loyalty.
