Support from Management
There was no real leadership.
I noticed, within the last few years, most of the people laid off or terminated were Black or Hispanic.
Attitude towards older colleagues
They seemed to weed out older associates.
Suggestions for improvement
- The company had an ethics committee, but that along with the human resources division, proved ineffective.
What I like about the company
I began with their Dallas, TX office in 2002. Everything was fine for the first few years. They provided excellent benefits and a professional, yet somewhat casual demeanor.
