Support from Management
Limited support, issues raised for help not addressed after multiple attempts.
Dispersed workforce across multiple time zones made work difficult at times. Shared services centers not geared to support program managers or those executing contracts. The longer I was with SAIC, the less sense of a team environment...continual reorganizations almost every year.
Large number of female employees in management positions, but many did not deserve. Many excellent female workers in other positions.
