- Management communications
Company culture has plummeted in the last several years. Has driven some serious talent away.
Direct supervisors are typically very supportive. Upper management is largely seperated and disengaged from day to day operations/activities. This leaves those who are performing the bulk of the work feel largely unsupported.
Good teamwork when employees are allowed to depart from personal duties/responsibilities.
