Suggestions for improvement
- Provide a livable wages so employees can focus on doing a good job at work rather than juggling multiple jobs. You would also then be able to attract qualified employees and not be settling for people with poor boundaries and limited knowledge of the field.
What I like about the company
You receive a decent amount of vacation time and sick time and aren't given a hard time about using it.
What I dislike about the company
Policies are constantly changing.
Pay is not competitive, despite job descriptions.
Caseload is higher than represented during the interview.
Management is overloaded which means employees are not being supported appropriately.
Clients are given so much leniency you feel like upholding the structure of the program is in vain.
