They don't have any.
Support from management
No, it starts off like they are working with you ,them your just dropped.
Just the one that are som er time in your class. And even then you could be working by your self.
Freedom to work independently
They need to get rid of the people that's been there for years, they need new view, and new ideas and place.
Only when they want something for you.
No! They put men in position, over other because we can talk, and you can tell me what I need to know. That's how that works.
Attitude towards older colleagues
No kind of respect at all.
This school would ask you to do training that you would never use. And if you try ex to use it, it would be comes a problem.
Suggestions for improvement
- They need to stop treating their residents the way they treat them and really start trying to teach them they're human beings, they have brains andm they can learn.
What I like about the company
Only thing I kind of like was, been able to leave the building.
What I dislike about the company
their decision-making it was always to be one-sided. And it went according to who they like for that day.
