Manager staff and Office Mangers are very unprofessional; talking and even making fun of people to/or with that persons co-workers. The work inviroment is leaves employees with a feeling of never feeling secure.
Support from management
Individuals are managed by department heads in home office through word of mouth as apposed to performance history.
Preached, but not practiced. There are producers that pit their CSRS against each other.

It depends on the location for compensation. The benefits are pretty good. ESOP company where Scott contributes 15 to 20%.
Office / Work Environment
Nice clean offices. Technology is kept up to date.

Some will call personal after hours or on the weekend.

Suggestions for improvement
- Find a better way to manage branch offices. Require Human Resource and privacy training for those in supervisory positions.
What I like about the company
Good benefits when I left. Health insurance is high, but that seems to be the trend.
What I dislike about the company
Inconsistent management. I've seen questionable integrity in some agents and lack of knowledge in others. Support staff saves the latter.
